Beautiful Chiffon Wedding Dress - Custom made & never worn!

I had the dress made for me with a bridal designer from Etsy.com and unfortunately a change in our venue has forced me to change wedding dresses.  It has never been worn. 
 
The gown was inspired by a wedding dress created by Saja Bridal (as seen in the first picture).  The only change that was made was to the back.
 
The second picture is the sketch of the wedding dress that was made, with the back being the one in the middle sketch.  It is simply beautiful and anyone lucky enough to wear it will feel the exquisite work of this very talented seamstress.

Material:  Chiffon
 
Measurements: 
Bust = 36"
Waist = 28"
Hip = 38"
Hollow to Hem = 56"
 
There is room for adjustments also.
I paid $800 and am asking for $650 or best offer!
